At 557, We believe that youth fitness programs should be designed to be enjoyable and engaging and effective. Introducing children to regular physical activity through a fitness program instills healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Introducing CrossFit 557 Alpha Tots: A New Fitness Class for Toddlers
At CrossFit 557, we know how important it is for kids to get moving. Our new Alpha Tots class, specially designed for the toddlers of the Alpha generation, ages 3-5, offers a chance for kids to learn fitness with a parent beside them. We focus on fun activities that help toddlers grow their movement skills while spending quality time with family.
In our exciting and safe classes, we create fun challenges that help improve balance and coordination. With light equipment, we ensure your child learns in a caring environment. Our goal is to help every child feel proud of their progress and to make fitness a joyful part of their daily life.

Running year-round in 6-8 week increments, our tailored programs focus on safety and the proper technique of weightlifting. We prioritize skill mastery through engaging drills that improve gymnastics, power, and explosiveness. By nurturing strength and conditioning, we prepare your child not only for high school physical education classes but also for any athletic pursuits they may choose in the future.

strength class for Grades 5-12
The CrossFit 557 Strength Class is tailored specifically for students in grades 5 through 12. This dynamic six-week program is perfect for young athletes ready to elevate their strength training.
In this program, students will concentrate on mastering a single strength movement over six weeks. Whether focusing on the squat, deadlift, or power clean, participants will progress from foundational techniques to safely increasing weights, all customized to their individual capabilities.
In-Depth Warm-Up: Each session kicks off with a thorough warm-up, preparing students mentally and physically for the day's targeted strength movement.
Strength Movement Focus: The main portion of the class is dedicated to honing one specific strength movement. Personalized coaching will help each student refine their form and technique.
Accessory Work and Conditioning: The latter half includes accessory exercises, core strengthening, and varied conditioning activities, ensuring an engaging and diverse workout.
To enroll, participants must have completed at least one of our previous youth strength and conditioning sessions, ensuring a solid grasp of basic techniques and safety.
This class is the perfect opportunity for young athletes eager to build on their existing skills and delve deeper into strength and accessory work. With new elements and methods beyond our regular youth sessions, students will enjoy a unique and challenging experience.

These sessions not only focus on improving athletic performance but also provide a fantastic opportunity for team bonding outside of your regular practices and games. Although we have extensive experience with football, soccer, hockey, and baseball, our training is by no means limited to these sports.
