This will get nasty in a hurry.  Pick a weight you can get through 5 rounds.  if you make it through 10 rounds then you're doing awesome.

Be sure to pace yourself and move through at a good pace.  Try and time your push at the end so you've pushed as hard as possible to get the best workout you can.
