Take your own time to get warmed up and ready to go.  Be sure to sign up for a heat on the board so we can get everybody through.

 

Warm-up

16.2 Warm Up
Spend time warming up mobility in hips, ankles, and pull ups.

Hips and Ankles
Banded Squats off the rig or a KB on top of the knee are good starting positions to get the ankles.
Sumo squats and the birthing stretch is great for hips.

*Round 1 - 15 @ 135# / 85#
*Round 2 - 13 @ 185# / 115#
*Round 3 - 11 @ 225# / 145#
*Round 4 - 9 @ 275# / 175#
*Round 5 - 7 @ 315# / 205#

Time extends by 4-minutes when completing around. If you complete Round 5, your score is the time you finish.
