In teams of 2
for time :

75 Pull Ups while partner holds deadlift

100 Deadlifts 155#/105# while partner Hangs from pull up bar

125 wall balls 20#/14# while partner holds plank

150 sit ups while partner holds active squat

Reps only count while the hold is being performed.

Pace yourself and be smart about the weights you use.  Crush it!
