At Crossfit 557 we have some of the best athletes in the area and our owner is one of the best athletes in the world. We understand what it takes to get you from I want to workout, to I'd like to try a competition, to I want to stand on the podium.
Every day we program 2 sessions. This allows us to have session 1 completed in an hour for our everyday classes and session 2 to be done on your own time before our after for all of our competitors. We found that most of our competitors wanted to stay around and work on movements after class but had zero reason or structure to what they were doing. Therefore, we've done all the work for you. All you need to do is show up and put in the work. Our session 2 is guaranteed to hit accessory work for athletes to push them for competitions. Some of these movements you'd never see done in a crossfit class but are necessary for anyone that wants to compete.
One top of our daily programming, we run a dedicated competitors class every Saturday morning. You must be allowed into the class as there are no scaling options for these workout. As these contain a higher skill level and heavier weights, these are meant for the athlete looking to be the best they can be.
